All papers from 2023 3rd International Conference on Soft Computing in Information Communication Technology (SCICT 2023), both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the PC. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted paper will be published by the IEEE Conference Publishing Services.
The proceedings will be sent to EI Compendex, Scopus and Inspec for indexing. The full text is online available via the press's platform, which will provide online camera-ready paper submission system.
