The 2023 3rd International Conference on Soft Computing in Information Communication Technology (SCICT 2023) will be held in Sanya, China during June 24-25, 2023. The objective of SCICT 2023 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in soft computing, software engineering, intelligent computing, information security, electronic information and communication technology. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.  

Original papers are invited and submitted papers should not be previously published or currently under review for any other publication. All full paper submissions will also be peer reviewed by technical committees of the Conference and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. 

All accepted papers from SCICT 2023 will be be published by the IEEE Conference Publishing Services, and all published papers will submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus and Inspec database for indexing. The full text is online available via platform.
